Eng. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Wahaibi, CEO of the Oman Broadband Company, and the accompanying team made field visits to the company’s business in the governorates of South and North Al Batinah and Al Buraimi Governorate, where the team met His Excellency Mr. Dr. Hamad bin Ahmed Al Busaidi, Governor of Al Buraimi, and they discussed cooperation mechanisms within the partnership program in which it operates. The company, in partnership with the governorates, to increase the expansion of the network in the governorates and find solutions to the challenges facing the network.
The visit also included a review of the Omani Broadband Company’s switch, the fiber optic project in Khadrat Al-Seeh, the Misyal area, and requests for fiber optic connections to homes in the Hamasa area of Al-Buraimi Governorate
