With the aim of building, managing, and maintaining infrastructure services for the fiber optic network in Sultan Haitham City

Oman Broadband Company signs an agreement with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning

Oman Broadband Company signed an agreement with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, according to which the Oman Broadband Company will build, manage, and maintain the infrastructure services for the fiber optic network for the first phase of Sultan Haitham City. The agreement was signed by His Excellency Dr. Khalfan bin Said Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, and Eng. Said bin Abdullah Al Mandhari, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Broadband Company.

It is worth noting that this cooperation comes in line with the royal directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq – may God protect and preserve him – during the official inauguration of Sultan Haitham City, with the need for government agencies to enhance complementarity among themselves and work as one team, and as an affirmation of the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, and the Oman Broadband Company and the desire of both parties to enhance and develop cooperation between them in the field of implementing infrastructure services for the fiber optic network.
