Oman Broadband Company Awards ISO 9001:2015 Certification to Four SMEs Under Ta’heel Program

Oman Broadband Company is proud to announce that four of its Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) partners have been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification, a globally recognized standard for quality management systems. This significant achievement is part of Oman Broadband Company’s Ta’heel program, which is dedicated to empowering SMEs and promoting entrepreneurship within the Sultanate of Oman.

The SMEs that have successfully achieved this certification are:

  • Al Izdihar Technology Solutions
  • Sohool Naqsi Trading & Corporate Contracting
  • Reef Telecom & Electricity Services Trading Company
  • Al Maqar Trading & Contracting Company

This milestone highlights the commitment of these SMEs to upholding international quality standards, focusing on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and reliability. The rigorous certification process assessed various aspects of their operations, including leadership, risk management, document control, operational practices, audits, and performance assessments.

Eng. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Wahaibi, CEO of Oman Broadband Company, stated: “The Ta’heel program is a key component of our broader initiative to foster entrepreneurship and fulfill our corporate social responsibility.
