Oman Broadband Company aims to provide broadband services to all beneficiaries including individuals and institutions in the Sultanate through the existing telecommunications services providers (Omantel/Ooredoo), by offering high-quality broadband services to enable these institutions to compete on the international level, and to provide broadband services to rural communities to bridge the digital gap. It is worth mentioning that the Company will provide access to the licensed operators to Oman Broadband networks and therefore enable those operators to provide broadband services to the individual and corporate customers.
